We are coming up on finishing the first week of the year, can you believe it? I can already tell 2018 is going to fly by. How have you been holding up on your resolutions? This year, I'm trying to focus on adding to my life rather than taking away, so I'm not putting too much pressure on myself for not having kept up with things! So many resolutions are about losing weight, eating less junk food, giving in to fewer temptations. One great thing I learned from my momma is to always create resolutions that are fun, not a dreadful challenge. Some of her past resolutions include things like learning how to hula hoop or to do headstands. This year, in the spirit of adding more fun to my life, my resolutions are all about what I can add to life, like more photoshoots, more adventures, more spontaneous hikes, and more travel.
I'm kind of lacking in the adventure side of 2018, but it's still early and I really can't complain about being lazy at home for the tail end of the holiday break! My first photoshoot of the year is complete, it turned out great, and I can't wait to get going on more photos soon.
My first photoshoot of 2018 was taking headshots for Haelena. All I can say is WOW! Haelena is such a beauty, it's no wonder her headshots turned out great! She is heading to Washington DC soon, and she wanted to get some last photos taken in Boulder before leaving our great state of Colorado! Good luck in DC Haelena- I know you'll be great out there!
