This trailhead is one of my favorite places in the entire world, so it's fitting that I would bring my favorite people here to help me location scout to see how it works out for portraits. I absolutely love how even though our gorgeous mountains are in the background, this spot is still wide open so the focus is all on the people. Chip and Jessi were the perfect couple to bring here because their relationship doesn't need props. When they are together, they are so playful and focused on each other; all they need is an empty stage.
